The Power of Praying for Others

I honestly didn't really think or care about praying for others my entire life, until my grandma passed away just a little over a month ago.

A few months before my grandma got sick I had started reading books on the 'after-life' by a trusted source (psychic medium George Anderson). Anderson claims that only the physical body dies, but our loved ones continue their journey in the 'after-life' (supposedly this 'after-life' is located somewhere closer to us that than we can possibly imagine). In Anderson's books it is mentioned several times that when we pray for our loved ones who have passed, we are actually sending them support and they really appreciate it!

SO, after my grandma passed away I decided to pray the rosary for her every night. It has become my new habit. Honestly I don't follow any religion, but I do believe that at the core of them all is the Truth. Surprisingly, praying for grandma has had some positive effects in my personal life. For example:

- ADHD symptoms have decreased
- Addictive behavior has decreased
- Mental noise has decreased

- Being more present at work and at home as INCREASED
- Being more consistent with healthy habits like exercise and hydration has INCREASED
- My ability to empower people around me has INCREASED

So many positives that I had not been expecting AT ALL.

That being said there definitely have been some challenges along the way. I'll be glad to share them if you guys will find it helpful.

Thank you for reading and have a great rest of your day!
