Be the Love You Want to See
Most people reject others when their shadow shows.
What if that’s the moment they need love the most?
A friend of mine was spiraling—caught in insecurity and self-sabotage.
I could’ve judged.
I’ve done it before.
But this time, I became a safe space.
No fixing. No advice.
Just presence. Just love.
And I felt the ripple.
Judgment is just a mask for our own insecurity.
Compassion is what heals—not just them, but everyone they touch.
It’s everyone’s first time being alive.
Be the love you wish someone gave you when your shadow acted out.
