A heaviness around the forehead

Vision sometimes blurs up

Vibrations within my head

Surrender to the flow of the moment

Just create, release, express

Only one thing is forbidden to express here

But it's not on my mind now so I don't care

We don't need to express to impress,

Simply express

Create

release

Say what you feel

All feelings are valid

As you ascend bring others with you

if they wish to join.

If they don't then just wish them good luck

and continue your life

The clock is ticking
