I Ate 3 Donuts After Work... TERRIBLE IDEA

I thought it would be a  nice way to "treat myself," however I was TOTALLY unprepared for the sugar crash that came afterwards. 

About an hour after eating the 3 donuts, I suddenly felt extremely sleepy and it felt like I was moving in slow-motion. I laid in bed for a few minutes and I did NOT want to get up, however I had a one-on-one meeting that I had to attend. 

I made myself roll out of bed and drink a glass of water. I ran in place for about 2 minutes. And then I did some curl ups with my dumbbells.

This got me awake enough to attend the meeting and have a great conversation.

The sudden feeling of exhaustion was kinda scary though, I don't want to feel that again 😅
