Our Own Minds Can Create Our Stress?
🧠About 80% of human stress is created by our own mind.
Lately, I’ve noticed mine trying to find regrets or things to worry about—like it needs something to fix.
So I pause.
And I speak to it gently:
"You know this is hurting you, right? I’ll be here when you’re ready to stop. I love you no matter what."
That’s how I’ve been leading my mind—with love, not force.
And it’s changing everything.
