Odd Feelings Under My Skull

The physical tension under my skull keeps shifting. I don't know what this means, but it feels like a knot is loosening up.

I'm really curious to know what the hell this is, and maybe I'll get a better idea as I observe myself while I interact with people.

Emotionally, it feels like the part of me that wants to hide is shrinking. I believe there is a connection here.

It feels like something inside of me is trying to survive, but it's being sucked into a void and I'm waving goodbye to it. Is this like Smeagol waving goodbye to Gollum?
