The Crash

After several days or maybe weeks of consumption eventually there must be a crash.

It feels easier if you know that it's coming.

But if it hits you by surprise... ouch!
It's like getting soccer punched.

If you are currently crashing, then it's time for a detox!

Do NOT consume more pleasure, it will just make you sink lower.

Eat healthy, get some good rest and stay hydrated!
