Why Does it Feel Like 2024 is Going to Be an Amazing Year?

There's something about 2024. Is it because it's the year of the dragon? Is it because 2023 was so goddamn challenging that 2024 is the year of the comeback? I'm not totally sure, but somewhere deep in my gut there is an excited feeling that this year is going to kick ass!

Whoever is reading this, I'm excited to see you succeed this year. I'm excited to see you evolve into someone who is so happy in the present, that everything else happening is just a bonus. 

I'm not saying this year will be free of challenges, but this time our mindset will be of someone who is ready to take the challenges head on. The same mindset of a body surfer in the ocean seeing a huge wave coming closer and deciding to move towards it because it has become obvious that trying to swim away from it is futile. Every now and then we might get caught off guard and a wave might totally kick our asses, but that's how we learn right? When the next big wave makes its way towards us we will be more prepared.
